What to Expect at Your
First Visit

To ensure your visit is hassle-free, you will have a link on your reminder text for an appointment to complete your new patient paperwork online. Spending a few minutes doing this paperwork in advance will save time when you arrive.

Once you arrive, you will sit and discuss your health issues, history, and anything else you'd like to learn with the doctor. This is your opportunity to let the doctor know what's been bothering you and what you expect to receive out of medical treatment.

Next, you’ll move to a private exam room where the doctor will perform a series of evaluations to help identify the source of your discomfort. These tests may include orthopedic or neurological assessments. 

In some cases, imaging like X-rays or an MRI might be recommended—this is determined individually based on your symptoms.

Once your exam is complete, the doctor will explain their findings and outline a treatment plan that best supports your goals. This is tailored to your specific condition and needs.

If no further diagnostic tests are needed, you’ll likely receive your first treatment that same day. This could include spinal adjustments, soft tissue work, or other therapeutic techniques. Many patients begin to notice relief right after their first session. Treatments are gentle yet effective, suitable for all ages and activity levels.

To help your recovery between visits, you may be given simple instructions, such as stretches or activity modifications, that you can follow at home.
