Chiropractic therapy, also known as chiropractic care, is a type of alternative medicine that focuses on diagnosing and treating mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, particularly the spine. Chiropractors primarily use manual manipulation (called spinal adjustments or spinal manipulation) to treat musculoskeletal pain, improve mobility, and restore proper alignment of the spine and joints.
Physical Rehabilitation (PR) is a healthcare discipline focused on helping individuals improve movement, manage pain, and recover from injuries or surgeries. It involves personalized treatment plans that may include exercises, manual therapy, stretching, and the use of specialized equipment to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and restore mobility. PR is commonly used for conditions like musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgery rehabilitation, arthritis, and neurological disorders. The goal is to reduce pain, prevent further injury, improve physical function, and enhance overall quality of life by restoring the body’s ability to move efficiently and comfortably.
Regenerative medicine offers a cutting-edge approach to healing by harnessing the body’s natural ability to repair and regenerate damaged tissues. We use advanced stem cell treatments to support the recovery of joint conditions such as arthritis, tendon injuries, and cartilage damage. These therapies target the root cause of joint pain, aiming to reduce inflammation and restore function. Our team combines medical expertise with innovative technology to deliver personalized care and optimal outcomes.
Pediatric chiropractic treatment involves the use of gentle and non-invasive techniques to address various health concerns in children, from infants to adolescents. Chiropractors who specialize in pediatrics use specialized approaches that are safe and tailored for children's developing bodies.
The goal is to ensure proper spinal alignment, nerve function, and overall wellness

It is completely normal to experience mild soreness or aching after an adjustment, similar to the feeling after a good workout. This happens because your muscles and joints are adapting to their new, proper alignment. The soreness is typically minor and usually fades within 24 hours. Staying hydrated and applying ice can help soothe the area as your body adjusts to the positive physical changes.
Chiropractic care primarily focuses on diagnosing and treating mechanical disorders of the spine and joints through manual adjustments to improve alignment and nerve function. Physical rehabilitation involves personalized exercises, stretching, and therapies to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and recover from injuries. At our clinic in The Woodlands, we often integrate both disciplines into your treatment plan to ensure comprehensive healing and lasting wellness.
Many patients experience noticeable relief after their very first spinal adjustment or pain management session. However, chronic issues or severe injuries may take several weeks of consistent care to show significant, lasting improvement. Because healing is a highly individual process, we closely monitor your progress. Our team continuously adapts your custom treatment plan to ensure you achieve optimal health and mobility as efficiently as possible.
